Chapter 3

Chapter 3 were the first-ever band to be featured on Troubadour Distillery Cork. The three lads huddled in out of the torrential rain – absolutely soaked, but in mighty spirits. And capped it off by creating something special.

Rob established the main motif with floating bends, underlaid by Ciarán’s gentle strumming.

Both Ciarán and Kyle took turns with the lead vocal, making it all the sweeter when the two converged in beautiful harmonies.

The lads launched into the final chorus of Better Than Me. Even in such an intimate setting, the galloping build-up and passionate outro had everyone on set rocking out.

Chapter 3 released their self-titled debut EP earlier this year. Recorded at Stoneview Studio, Blarney, the EP is imbued with the same energy as their live performance.

It was an incredibly special way for us to finish out the first year of Troubadour Distillery Cork – with such hardworking and genuine lads. Keep an eye out for them in the new year. There are big things to come...
