Jordan Daly
Sometimes it’s not what the song is about, rather the memories it conjures up. Wholeheartedly embracing this concept, Jordan Daly paints a scene recounting the glory of adolescence.
“Well I call to a friends house at about noon… Thought I’d have a drink but one became two”, even in such a stripped back setting, the song screams feelgood summer hit.
The easy-going nature of his songs is a clear reflection of his personality. On the set of Troubadour Distillery Cork, Jordan told us some of the stories that inspired his songs. His attitude, unwavering and unapologetically ‘chilled out’, made his stories all the more captivating.
Jordan is looking to record his material soon so be sure to keep an eye out and an ear to the ground for the next feel-good hit of the summer.
